The designs in this project file would make great wall-hangings or table cloths rather than bed quilts … the first one on the wall, the second on the table.
I have to admit that I might use them on a table in the corner of a study or bedroom rather than the dining table … I made a table cloth many years ago, and it still has the stain where the cream was spilt almost in the centre the first time it was used! If I make another one I will cover it with a clear plastic to protect it!

Christmas trees are being brought home, or brought out of storage, and lights and decorations added around the world, reminding us that it is the season to be jolly.
From now until Boxing day I will be sharing quilt designs with a strong Christmas flavour, or simply in the red, white and green I prefer for my Christmas decorations.

Nice tablecloth rather than a quilt, though a lot of space for the stains to show … a reminder that I must find our Christmas tablecloth with all the memories of Christmas past stained into the fabric!
This design looks like something small for the centre of a table, with a small tree in the centre, though that would hide the centre star.
